Sleep may be a little tricky since you recuperate from a facelift. Sleeping on your back will continue to keep your head raised, decreasing swelling, and can keep pressure from your incisions. If you are trying hard to find some close attention as you recuperate, then you may want to speak with your physician about sleeping aids or pain relievers. It might be that distress is keeping you up.  A pain reliever may help greatly. Also be cognizant of what you are swallowing throughout the day. If you are drinking a great deal of tea or coffee, the high amounts of caffeine could be interrupting your sleep. It's possible to make sleeping a little more comfortable after your operation by attempting to become accustomed to sleeping on your back a couple weeks prior to the procedure. You may find it beneficial to utilize cushions to keep yourself from rolling while you sleep.
