Before and After Revision Rhinoplasty

Our lovely patient is originally Brazilian and came from Philadelphia because she had previous surgery elsewhere and was not satisfied with the shape of her nose. She disliked the long, droopy tip especially when she smiled, the asymmetry and crookedness from front view, and wanted an overall smaller, more projected and aesthetic nose.

We were able to narrow and straighten her bridge, lift and refine her tip, and fix her crooked septum on the inside so she can breathe better too. She is thrilled with her one week result and the best is yet to come as the swelling subsides.

In this case we were able to use her own cartilage to rebuild and reshape her nose; in other cases we have to use rib cartilage.
